Consultant

Who are we looking for?

• 2-3 years of relevant experience, experience in consulting is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Behavioural Economics, Marketing, Business Management/Administration or any relevant degree, MBA or a relevant Master degree or certificate is a plus
• outstanding written and spoken English, Arabic is a plus
• knowledge of G Suite applications and MacOS softwares, especially Keynote
• excellent communication and people skills, with a strong emphasis on empathy and teamwork, leadership and team-building capabilities
• ability to operate and understand project management disciplines
• ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks and responsibilities in a deadline oriented environment with flexible work hours
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to details

What do we expect you to do?

• manage own work against project plan and milestones, and contribute to the design and development of CX transformation projects
• develop quality deliverables to ensure a superior client experience
• conduct research and keep abreast of industry/sector and market conditions to better understand different businesses
• carry out reliable and accurate data collection for client projects and business development
• interact efficiently with colleagues and clients of varying backgrounds to effectively deliver to our clients
• interview our clients' employees, management teams and other stakeholders
• identify issues, form hypothesis and facilitate discussions within project teams and client groups
• monitor the status of projects, manage risks and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes
• conduct analysis of quantitative and qualitative data, synthesising and positioning the findings within the larger project context
• articulate thoughts and ideas in a clear and structured manner to instill confidence and trust in our team and clients
• communicate main ideas and findings from work through written and graphical presentations, present findings and recommendations to clients
• implement recommendations/solutions and liaise with clients to keep them informed of progress and to make relevant decisions
• support with business development opportunities including proposal development and client presentations to support the company's growth
• support with practice and framework development initiatives including culture building and eminence to continuously enhance the company's value proposition
