Senior Consultant

Who are we looking for?

• 4-7 years of relevant experience, experience in consulting, experience design and project implementation
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Behavioural Economics, Marketing, Business Management/Administration or any relevant degree, MBA or a relevant Master degree or certificate is a plus
• outstanding written and spoken English, Arabic is a plus
• good knowledge of G Suite applications and MacOS softwares, especially Keynote
• program and/or project management experience, leading large, cross functional efforts
• ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• strong bias for action, experience in a leadership role and people management
• excellent communication and people skills, with a strong emphasis on empathy and teamwork, leadership and team-building capabilities
• ability to identify opportunities for growth and subsequently take a leadership role in exploring new ideas and pitching for new clients
• strong fundamental research skills, sharp analytical mind with proven experience in applying well-developed problem-solving skills (quantitative, conceptual and analytical)
• comfortable with significant client interaction and interest in building relationships
• strong interest in and passion for coaching or mentoring others
• ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing
• successful track record of presenting to senior level management

What do we expect you to do?

• understand how business functions operate and how industry/sector trends impact a client's business
• fulfill lead roles on multiple case teams, designing and implementing strategies to help clients maintain strong growth and develop their service offerings, support teams as the "project lead" on various projects
• contribute to the management of teams including identifying priorities, allocating tasks, providing guidance, reviewing work and providing constructive feedback
• engage in stakeholder engagement activities and collaborate with clients to understand their needs and solve their most complex and pressing issues
• apply breadth of experience to deliver organizational transformation projects aimed at optimizing the client's organizational efficiency and effectiveness in line with their CX strategies
• recommend appropriate methods for collecting and analyzing data in order to develop informed recommendations that shape or support the client's business strategy
• effectively manage time and client deliverables with regular client relationship management and communication to senior leaders
• own the development of high quality and impactful deliverables within agreed timelines to deliver a superior client experience
• organize insights and define a logical and structured flow to tell a story when presenting findings and/or recommendations
• keep abreast of regional and global trends to address client needs and enhance recommendations
• contribute to business development opportunities including proposal development and client presentations by understanding client requirements and designing appropriate solutions
